About the Event
Getting started with swimming in open water can be a daunting prospect - join the FHT Coaching Team and Sarah from Beyond the Water as they explore water safety, overcoming fear and techniques for getting started with open water swimming.
This will be the perfect introduction to open water ahead of the triathlon season and FHT UK's open water sessions at London Royal Docks over the summer.
We will also be joined by Sarah from Tri Wetsuit Hire to explain about wetsuits and their hire programme.
